Use of the platform

Listings must be accurate, RERA-compliant where required, and belong to the seller or an authorised agent.

Contact-request policy

All buyer contact requests are reviewed by admins. Approval is property-wise and revocable if misuse is detected.

Seller packages

First listing is complimentary. Additional listings require a Silver, Gold or Diamond package. Refunds are not offered for partially consumed durations.

Limitation of liability

PropertyHub Pro is a listing platform. We facilitate discovery but are not a party to any transaction.
